These Terms Conditions are the standard terms which apply to the provision of Domestic and Commercial Cleaning services by Diamond Dais Cleaning. These terms apply to all customers who require their homes/properties cleaned.
These Terms and conditions apply where the customer is a ‘consumer’ as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1- Agreement.

1.1 These terms and conditions represent a contract between Diamond Dais Cleaning and the customer.

1.2 The customer agrees that any use of Diamond Dais Cleaning Services, that requests services via Telephone, email, social media or website forms, shall commence after the client’s acceptance of these terms.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the customer.

2- The Property.

2.1 Following a customer enquiry for cleaning services, a property visit will take place by a Diamond Dais Cleaner and an agreement will be gained with the customer to find a suitable cleaning plan/program prior to the commencement of all cleaning.

3- Payment Terms.

3.1 Quotations offered by Diamond Dais Cleaning are valid for a period of 14 days after which time we reserve the right to revise the offered quotation.

3.2 All invoices to be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made via Bank transfer, or Cash on completion (of the clean) to the operative.

3.3 Late payments of 7 days or more, from our invoice date will result in a 10% surcharge (Ten Percent) on the outstanding amount on the invoice.

4- Cancellation Policy.

4.1 The customer agrees to pay 50% of the full price of the cleaning visit if the customer cancels or changes the date and time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Unless due to unforeseen circumstances and the clean is rebooked for an alternative date.

4.2 If unable to gain access to the property premises to carry out the scheduled cleaning service through keys not available or no person present this will result in a 50% charge of the agreed job fee.

4.3 If the customers clean falls on a bank holiday, then the cleaning service will be rescheduled to the nearest available date. We will do our best to accommodate.

5- Insurance Policy.

5.1 Diamond Dais Cleaning is fully insured by Hiscox. We hold a Public Liability Policy and professional Indemnity Policy. The certificate’s for these policies are available on request.

5.2 Any item of high or sentimental value, should be highlighted to your cleaner on the initial quotation visit. These highlighted items should be placed in a secure place prior to your cleaner commencing work.

6- Cleaning Services.

6.1 We will ensure that all cleaning services are performed with reasonable care and skill and to a high standard which is consistent with best practise in the cleaning market.

6.2 Unless specifically agreed in the initial cleaning consultation, the cleaner will not change any bedding and will not clean any items which appear to be antique or fragile. We will also not clean any item that we believe will be damaged as a result of cleaning.

6.3 We will not dispose of any wate rubbish. We only dispose of any waste/ rubbish that comes from the cleaning service.
